Hey, it’s James Veigli here from Broker Profits Vault, and we just finished up a webinar with Salena Kulkarni and her million-dollar wealth system.

I actually run a high-level mastermind for mortgage brokers and I invited Salena, having met her in person, to present to our brokers about building their wealth. So these are mortgage brokers who are experienced with mortgages and money and property and investing in growing wealth. And I can tell you that not only myself and my team but our brokers were blown away by the level of detail and content that Salena delivers.

One of the biggest things I liked about Salena’s presentation and everything she does is the fact that she’s multi-dimensional in her thinking and approach. In Australia these days, the property investing wealth creation sphere is very one-dimensional. It’s buy lots of properties, build wealth, no expense, very little planning, and then you get to retire on a beach and spend lots of money and quit your job. There’s very little conversation going on at the level Salena is at, at the moment, which is about creating real intergenerational wealth. It’s creating legacy. And it’s really educating to another level. And that’s what I think I liked about Salena’s presentation so much today.
Not to mention some of the takeaways about accessing different networks and deals and thinking outside our little bubble in Australia and what’s available outside, to grow your wealth and accelerate you towards what your financial freedom goals are by looking outside our little pond, which is Australia. So, if you’re a budding property investor, if you’re an existing experienced investor, I would highly recommend you check out Salena and what she’s doing and learn some of her techniques. If you’re like me and have access to clients, then definitely get Salena along to present to your group as well. She’s amazing and I’d highly recommend her books and presentations and you should definitely check her out.
